Confirm located items, then search by example
Where a legend or fixture schedule defines the symbols, Metruno locates them on the plan for you to confirm. For other items, choose a representative example and the processed sheets to search. Metruno finds similar shapes, including quarter-turn rotations and small size differences. Use separate selections for different symbols and sheet groups for counts above 200 matches.
Review the type, count and scope
Check labels and legends, exclude false matches, and add missed items. Separate new work, existing items and removals. Conductors and raceways are not measured automatically.
Export source-linked counts
Save the symbol count and download a CSV with one row per object. Drawing references, page, scope, review state and location stay with the count. Quantity exports contain no prices.
Enter your material and labor assumptions
Carry reviewed eligible quantities into pricing. Start from flagged starter labor hours or enter your own, add material costs and your labor rate, then apply overhead and markup. Your workspace rate book reuses them on the next bid. Existing items remain outside pricing.
Finalize and review later changes
Choose processed sheets, save a scope description and exclusions, then confirm your review of the sheets, applicable notes and quantities before finalizing. Whole-plan estimates require complete processing. Final estimates stay locked; source changes are flagged before you create a revision.
